Book Reviews: Hand of Fire

Hand of Fire Tour GraphicMy book review today is Hand of Fire by Judith Starkston, a retelling of the story of Briseis, the slave girl who caused the quarrel between Achilles and Agamemnon in the Iliad. It takes a bold author to tread in the footsteps of Homer, but Judith has trod there and gives us a feminine viewpoint on a very masculine epic.

See page entitled BOOK REVIEW; HAND OF FIRE for the review, to be followed shortly by an interview with Judith.
